Update!!!!!! I agree with everyone else that the latest update is an absolute disaster!!!!!! It erase 90% of my invoices and estimates and now the refresh doesn't even work. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!!!! Been having major issues with estimates disappearing from the app. They are still in the online version but gone from the app. A major issue for us since we operate in the field. Reset, sync and uninstall does nothing. Without the app, QB is practically useless for me. Please fix!

Terrible. App is just terrible. I'm about to go back to paper invoices. Appears there may have been a recent update maybe and can no longer make invoice on the go. If I can, can't even actually enter a number for hours on the job. Add customer on the app, they just disappear. But also the app personally has been on the decline since launch. Wish I could get most of my money back. Desktop version was ok. Technology is supposed to make life easier, this thing is pure stress.

Please try uninstalling/reinstalling the app, clearing the app's cache (Settings > Apps > QuickBooks > Storage > Clear Cache), then logging out/back in. This app gets progressively worse with every update. Consistently takes a lot longer than other apps to open, the data does not sync properly or in a timely fashion, and crashes after creating estimates/invoices so I have to make them more than once. I don't know what happened because the app used to function fine, but now it's unusable to me. I've had better luck using the FREE platform Wave for my invoicing and accounting software. Doesn't make sense to pay for a lesser product. 5/7/24 👎🏼

This definitely isn't the kind of experience we want you having, Jai. Could you try uninstalling and reinstalling the App to remove any temporary files and ensure the App itself is up-to-date?
