Collect rewards! Just won't let you use them. Not a one off thing, first time I thought I messed up, but you can select a reward (in this instance a famous bowl with drink) for 750. I had 860 points. You can click the big red redeem button for an hour and all you get is "please wait..." Before it returns to "redeem". But it won't add it to your cart. Otherwise fast service but the app not working properly = -3 stars. (Yes, I cleared cache and even reinstalled... Twice)

The app used to be easy to login to. Now I have to enter my email in the app, switch to my email client to click the link (sending me to my browser), then FINALLY clicking a button to get back to the app. Way more complex than most other apps. I addition, the last order I made on this didn't mention the store was closed, and there is no way to cancel the order in the app. Hopefully I won't be charged for it. I will delete the app in a few minutes and not go back to KFC for quite some time.

I've only been able to successfully place an order once. Every other time I've tried,Ive had problems. I can't order anything without being forced to use the default options;can't choose sides or drink. The only way that I can add to bag is to click on the option as soon as I click on an item. Otherwise,I get no option to add to bag. Really an annoyance! I really like that the points build quickly,though.
