Overall, this app is ok. I give 3 stars because the LYFT Driver GPS navigation is very unreasonable sometimes. There are a lot of better routes that you can sometimes take, and it takes a minute for gps to re-calculate. Another reason for 3 stars is that when you want to speak to a live human being agent (and not chat with them), you have the hardest time doing so, unless it's an emergency situation. Other than that, the app works well offline or online.

I am a new driver and have already had several issues with passengers wanting to stop elsewhere or at multiple places and either didn't know how to add stops or there was language barriers which made it difficult to explain. It can be done by the passenger but would be easier at times for the driver. Even if you have to add a way for the passenger to approve the stop so there isn't any issues with honesty you could do that and it'd be better than the driver having no way of adding a stop.

The app is good whenever it is by itself. With Android Auto connected, it has major bugs. Whenever the screen changes from light to dark or whenever I go under a bridge where my lights turn on, the screen disappears. Also, you have to accept the rides and Go Online from the phone than from Android Auto in your car, which is a major safety issue. It really needs to be made easier from these aspects for safety and easier accessibility for the drivers.
