Cannot purchase anything in shop, always gives me "Unable to connect to server" message but it plays ads just fine, however it doesn't give me the reward for the chest. I am connected to the internet, I have uninstalled and reinstalled still doesn't work. Was not able to purchase starter pack due to this. Very ironic since I'm trying to spend money and the app itself won't even let me. Will change rating if fixed.

It's a very good game, it can be very satisfying as much as it is frustrating. I like fishing games, and this reminds me a lot of Dredge. There are some bugs I've experienced, such as watching an ad for the chests that spawn around your island and not being rewarded. An aspect that could use a rework are the rods and how often they break. It feels like I can only catch a few dish before I need to buy a new one.

There's a good game here, but it's buried beneath a slow grind. Between your rod breaking, the randomness of catching what you need, and the timers, you never get the feeling of progression. Then there's the drive to spend real money to try to and break the inertia of standing still. I shouldn't be surprised that the developers of a fishing game are trying to hook a financial whale, but that's not me. Maybe if this game comes to Google Play, I'll give it another chance.
